Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses across mainland United Kingdom only. Unfortunately we're not yet able to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands — if you're unsure whether we cover your postcode, contact us before ordering.

Delivery cost

We offer free standard delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no hidden delivery charges added at checkout.

Processing & delivery times

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (where available) as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Large item & two-person delivery

Bulky furniture is usually delivered by a two-person courier team who will bring the item to your room of choice. We'll aim to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. Please make sure there's clear access to your property, as our couriers are unable to remove doors or navigate very tight stairwells.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery's progress.

Missed or delayed deliveries

If you miss a scheduled delivery, the courier will normally leave a card with instructions to rearrange or collect. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier straight away.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your item(s) as soon as they arrive. If anything has been damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
